This will be your role Plantvision Compliance in Uppsala has about 20 employees within Life Science. You will become part of our team with high competence in validation, process/production technology, and quality assurance. You will have the opportunity to develop and be challenged knowledge-wise based on your experiences, act as a mentor, and lead others.

You will be part of the Compliance business area where we have a broad offering that allows you to develop in a direction you are passionate about.

• You will be based at our office in Uppsala, but the assignments you take on may be located throughout the Mälardalen region.

The role opens doors to:

• Working with Validation, Qualification, and Commissioning of process equipment, laboratory instruments, and computerized systems
• Working with Quality Assurance and quality management systems
• Developing and improving manufacturing and work processes
• Working in developing roles such as development engineer, quality engineer, production engineer, process engineer, validation engineer, project leader, and validation leader, etc.

We prefer that you live in the Uppsala area and have the ability to be at the client in Mälardalen.

Since a large part of your work takes place at the client, you need to balance being part of the assignment and actively contributing to your team. You have the following skills, experiences, and qualities:

• You have at least 5-10 years of experience working in GxP-regulated operations, preferably with experience in validation or technical experience in production and a strong interest in quality
• You have a technical or scientific university degree or equivalent
• You have experience with ISO13485, GMP, GDP, 21 CFR Part 11, Eudralex Vol 4 Annex 11/GAMP 5
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You are pragmatic and solution-oriented, with a passion for product quality, patient safety, and data integrity
• Skills: Ability to build long-term relationships, collaborate effectively in teams, act as a mentor and support colleagues, and drive change and improvement work
